28.5' x 34' x 15 ft to the top plate (960 sq ft one floor). This would make a great garage with loft apartment of small house / barn conversion or playhouse. It is a handhewn oak frame in good condition. It has a full second floor with floor joists. It could either be used that way or one, two, or all three sections of the joists could be removed for a loft area or more open areas. Lower floor area has white wash on beams and can be power washed off easily. Frame includes all uprights, horizontals, purlins, braces, rafters, top plates, and second floor joists, carefully dismantled, labeled, and prints to reassemble on your slab or conventional deck. Late 1800’s very nice frame, frame only does not include any siding, roofing or flooring. Frame has been carefully disassembled, labeled and drawings to erect on your property.
